Projects
Things being built, thought about, or quietly obsessed over. Each project eventually becomes its own vertical and leaves this page.
[ SIGNAL ]
Every important idea in the world is already published somewhere.
The problem is not information. It's signal extraction.
An intelligence feed system that reads across the noise so you don't have to.
Architecture in development. Identity withheld intentionally.
If you know, you know.
Project
Vayu
India has been flying borrowed technology for seventy years.
The Tejas program, the stalled AMCA, the FGFA collapse — these aren't
just acquisition stories. They are questions about whether a civilisation
can build airpower from first principles.
Vayu is an independent research vertical covering India's fighter jet
ecosystem: the programs, the politics, the engineers nobody writes about,
and the quietly consequential decisions that will determine Indian air
power in the 2040s.
Not a newsletter. Not a podcast. Something that doesn't exist yet.
India's Food Layer
We order food from three apps. Our nutrition data lives nowhere.
Our price comparison is manual. Our food memory — what we ate,
what we loved, what we should have avoided — is scattered across
Zomato receipts.
India's food complexity is extraordinary. The data already exists.
The intelligence doesn't.
This project is looking for builders. If you're thinking about food
data, delivery infrastructure, or nutrition intelligence in India —
write to me.
Pune's Specialty
Coffee Map
A map that treats roasters like artists and espresso like terroir.
Not a Yelp clone. Not another listicle.
An artistic document of the small cafés and roasteries around Pune
that take their craft seriously. Each location gets its own entry:
sourcing philosophy, roast profile, what it feels like at eight on
a Tuesday.
A love letter to everyone who has ever argued about extraction time.
